President Trump told security agencies to develop plans to make public all documents related to the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy and the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The incoming president said the move was aimed at improving government transparency.

But high medical costs contributed to results that disappointed Wall Street, and the company’s stock fell on the news that it had made less than analysts expected.

The Manhattan district attorney has brought a terrorism charge against the man accused of killing a health insurance executive, arguing that he intended to “sow fear.”

The company has been accused of using algorithms to deny treatments and refusing coverage of nursing care to stroke patients.
